HORIZONTAL SPARKING ATTACHMENT |

The horizontal sparking attachment is developed to overcome few ED machining difficulties & to produce higher performance.
It is a single axis assembly & made it suitable to fit on the ram of any ED machine. The sparking process can be done in X or Y direction as per the mounting of assembly on the ram. It is driven by servo motor when “Z” movement in locked position. A separate interface/control box, supplied with the attachment, allows the user to match the different gap voltages found on different models of EDM machines and to make adjustments to the machining parameters for other than Savita edms.
